Development of Blank Blade module (Single + Dual slot).
Development project scope is mechanical design and thermal simulations of:
  • 4 types of blades, to determine the worst one of them.
  • Simulation of 8U Chassis loaded with worst possible configuration of blades.
  • Simulation of 6U Chassis loaded with worst possible configuration of blades.
Industrial design – 8U chassis and 6U chassis.
Detailed mechanical design of all parts, with consideration of thermal design and industrial design.
Electronic boards DXF drawings for board designers.
Mechanical parts production files (PDF+STP).
Assembly drawings (PDF) and BOM’s (XLS).
Engineering support for prototype manufacturing, including prototype check and production file update.
